🎾 Court Bookings

🟢 The courts are open to bookings by both members and the wider public.
🟢 We are a volunteer-led, self-service facility, so racket and ball hire is NOT available.

👥 Members:
🟢 When booking a court, please list any guests (non-members you are bringing).
🟢 The website will apply a visitor fee of £3 per guest, up to a maximum of £6.

👤 Non-Members:
🟢 Guests do not need to be signed in, as the fee is included in the court booking.

⚖️ Court Use Rules:
🟢 A maximum of 4 players may use a court.
🟢 Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

💡 Floodlights:
🟢 Floodlights are automated with bookings.
🟢 Members: no charge for lights.
🟢 Club Nights: manual override is used, lights are not automated.
🟢 Non-Members: bookings including lights will show an additional £4/hour fee.

⏰ Cancellations:
🟢 If you cannot play after booking, please cancel so others can use the courts.
🟢 Full refund if cancelled more than 2 hours before your booking.
🟢 It is your responsibility to monitor the weather forecast before play.
