Safeguarding and Welfare

Longniddry Tennis Club aims to create an enjoyable and safe environment for everyone who wishes to take part in tennis and social activities at the club. We abide by our safeguarding policy, which is based on the British Tennis Safeguarding and Protection in Tennis policy. A copy is also available in the pavilion. All our coaches are vetted through the Disclosure Scotland process.

The Club has an appointed Welfare Officer, Peter Dicker.

Child Supervision

In line with NSPCC guidance, it is recommended that all children under the age of 13 attending the club outside of coaching programmes and other organised club activities are supervised by a parent or known responsible adult.
