CANCELLATION POLICY - Starting Monday 2nd September 2024

Due to such a high volume of last minute cancellations on individual lessons, we are having to implement a cancellation policy.

The following is now in place for all MAB coaches running individual lessons.

• 24hrs notice required otherwise full payment is required
• Online payment is required before the session or 24hrs after the session.
• All lessons that are block booked MUST be used within a 10 week period.

Coaches will advise if the session will run in bad weather and shall give as much notice as possible.

Hopefully this is ok with evryone who enjoys coaching via MAB Tennis Coaching.
