VIDEO ANALYSIS
Video Analysis is one of the most effective way for players to understand their stroke mechanics in detail and establish a step by step plan to make them more efficient. Using specific video software and comparing your stroke to professional players, you will have a much clear understanding of what you need to change to improve your technique.
HOW DOES THAT WORK?
1) SEND YOUR VIDEO: Record a video featuring the stroke you want to work on (up to 5 mins duration). Make sure you record the video from different angles (back, side and front).
2) REVIEW: I will analyse your video, prepare notes and compare your technique with a professional player (side by side). Once this is done, I will contact you to schedule a time for a video call (Zoom or MS Team).
3) ANALYSE: Together we will analise your video, and discuss points that you need to focus on to improve that particular stroke.
4) RECEIVE: After the video call, I will provide you the recording of the call and the final version of the video with key points for you to work on.
