Are the coaches DBS checked?

All of the lead coaches are LTA Licenced, DBS checked with first aid and safeguarding training. 

 

What happens if it rains?

We will always aim to run the sessions unless the courts are unplayable. You will be contacted via text asap to let you know if the session has to be cancelled. 

 

What happens if my child can't make the lesson?

If you happen to miss a lesson due to sickness or injury then you will be entitled to make up a lesson during the term.

 

When should I pay?

Please make payment prior to the term starting to secure your place and avoid disappointment. You can join the programme anytime throughout the term and will be charged at a pro rata rate. 

 

How do I know if my child is in the correct group?

When your child joins the programme they will be assessed and put into the correct group for their ability.

We run fun awards throughout the term which will help track your child's progress.

If you have any questions regarding your child's development Martin will be more than happy to discuss this at a convenient time. 

 

How do I re-enrol for the next term?

We will automatically reserve a place for your child for the following term. This will be in the same group as before unless you have been notified of any changes.

Please could you make us aware if your child is unable to attend the next term. 

 

Is equipment provided?

All equipment is provided to get you started although most players like to have their own racket once they get started.

We are offering a FREE 30 minute assessment lesson to go through the basics and give you some advice on where to get started.
