 Cancelation policy for all tennis sessions including private lessons, holiday camps and term time tennis are as follows;

-Cancellation with less than 48 hrs notice are charged at 50% of total sessions.

-Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice are charged at 100% of total sessions.

-Please note all group and camp bookings should be paid prior to the first session. Failure to do so will incure a late charge of 10% on the top of the total cost.

Injury or serious illness aside, back to back cancellations will incur full charge by invoice.

Matthew Watson reserves the right to cancel any sessions without charge although reimbursement maybe offered in some circumstances for example extreme adverse weather.
