To play, you must be a Mellor Tennis Club Member and we suggest that you pre-book your court on the bookings tab.

Mellor Tennis Club conveniently nestles between the Royal Oak and the Devonshire Arms on Longhurst Lane in Mellor.  (The club is on the left hand side about 50 yards after the end of the 20 mph zone)

The uphill climb is well rewarded by glorious views across the countryside. The tennis section is an integral part of Mellor Sports Club and has been established for more than 60 years.

Mellor TC is affiliated to the Cheshire LTA. and our teams play in the Slazenger North East Tennis League.

We are a friendly, local tennis club and welcome players of all ages and abilities for social and match tennis. We play the year round on all-weather, floodlit courts.

Our resident professional LTA coach, Shaun Murray, has an active and popular coaching program for kids; available to non-members too. Shaun is also keen to offer adult coaching.
