Under no circumstance are we able to process refunds, however for specific cases we are able to offer credits towards a following term or camp. 

The circumstances include but are not limited to mistaken bookings, long-term illness or injury, unfortunate events. 

The circumstances do not include missing sessions at late notice, holidays - circumstances will be handled on an individual basis.
