Monifieth LTC

Monifieth Tennis Club is a newly formed club (2012) in the heart of Monifieth. The courts are situated at the beach between Tayview Caravan Park and the Blue Seaway Park. The club has leased 3 courts from Angus Council and will be looking in the future to apply for funding for re-surfacing work.

Monifieth Tennis Club has an extensive programme planned for the 2017/18 season for players of all ages and abilities. The club is very keen to encourage junior players and is involved in a schools programme which allows local school children the opportunity to experience tennis. Public times at 10am-12pm on Saturdays.

Monifieth Tennis Club is also working closely with Angus Alive and other local clubs to bring a Sports hub to the area - launch date 8th July 2017. We also support MCRG (Monifieth Community Resource Group) to help bring a community facility to Monifieth. To quote MCRG “a community facility that serves the needs of all parts of our community in Monifieth. A meeting place, a place where social events are held and where the health and well being of our residents is enhanced..” 

Access to the courts at any time is through  a yearly membership, this is a flat rate or £20 (whether you are an adult/junior/concession, under 5's free). this makes us the cheapest membership in Scotland. Once your membership is processed we will send you the gate code so you can play anytime.
