Determined to provide a more competitive and spirited approach to tennis coaching, he challenged conventional methods on Valentine's Day 2001. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a journey towards a dynamic, adaptable coaching style.
Fast forward to 2020, when the world faced lockdowns and uncertainties. It was during this time that Steve discovered Constraint-Led Coaching (CLC), a methodology that shifted his perspective towards a player-centred, experimental coaching environment. Breaking away from traditional techniques and repetitive drills, Steve embraced CLC and witnessed the transformation of his players.
