How can I book?

Playing members with an LTA account can head straight to our website https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/NewlandsLTC/Booking/BookByDate#?date=2024-06-13&role=guest or the Clubspark Booker app and book courts using their LTA login.

What are the opening hours of the Padel courts?

Our Padel courts are open from 8am - 10pm 7 days a week with bookings available on the hour.  

How much does it cost to book?

The court booking fee for members is £10 per court per hour and for non-members is £28 per court per hour.

All 4 players names must be listed at the time of booking the court. 

Members can play with guests at a cost of £5 per person but must add their guests' names at the time of booking the court.   If this is not done at the time of booking, then the guest fees should be paid to reception during the day or the bar in the evening.

When can I book a Padel court?

A member can book courts online up to 2 weeks in advance from 7am.

Non-members will be permitted to book courts online 1 week in advance.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking online with a full refund up to 48 hours before your booking start time.

Can junior members book Padel tennis?

Any junior members who wish to book Padel courts, please contact reception in the first instance.

How will players access the Padel courts?

You will receive a 4 digit access code in your booking confirmation for the security gate entry to the courts.  The code will function during your booking slot and for a few minutes before and after that time.

How do the floodlights operate?

The floodlights will come on automatically for your booking regardless of the time of day.

Can I hire equipment?

Padel rackets and balls can be hired online at a cost of £5 per person.  You must first book your court and then book your equipment separately online under 'Racket and Ball Hire' tab. 

Padel rackets and balls should be collected from reception during the day and from the bar in the evening.  Please make sure to return all hire equipment.

Do you offer Padel coaching and other padel events at the Club?

Padel coach Gary McIntyre offers private and group lessons for players of all levels:  

1-2-1 coaching - £25/hr and small group coaching - £30/hr

He also runs small group coaching sessions on Friday afternoons:

Beginner: 2-3pm

Improver: 3-4pm

Intermediate: 4-5 pm

Cost £10 members/£15 non=members.

Members can enjoy organised match play and mini-tournaments with Gary at our Padel Social sessons on Fridays 5-6pm at a cost of £5/session. Book in through the NLTC ClubSpark website:
