Defib Installed

Onslow Village now has a second defibrillator. Users of the Recreation Ground will have noticed the bright yellow box on the wall of the tennis club. OVLTC came up with the idea of installing a defibrillator, in addition to the one at the village hall, as the club is the focal point of the Rec. It's a community asset, available to anyone who uses the Rec or the Arboretum - though obviously we hope it will remain unused!

Surrey County Councillor Angela Goodwin sourced a generous grant towards the cost of the defibrillator and she is pictured alongside some of the club members who were instrumental in getting the project off the ground. Onslow FC also made a donation, and Sally Platt has kindly offered to be our Defib Administrator.
