Coaching Programme Terms & Conditions:

 

Cancellation Policy:

As an outdoor club we will attempt to play in adverse weather conditions if it is safe and productive to do so. During periods of poor weather - indoor activities including fitness or tactical teaching can be conducted until the courts are safe for play.

If the weather is bad enough that the scheduled session cannot take place, parents will be contacted with notice given of at least 1 hour to cancel the squad. In this instance, parents will receive Clubspark credits to be used against future Oxford Sports bookings, inclusive of adult/junior programme sessions and/or junior holiday camps. These credits will be issued at the end of term for accuracy.

Any other reasons for cancellation will be communicated a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start time of squad.

Communication of this notice will be via email or SMS, which has been provided during booking registration. Please make sure these details are accurate and up-to-date.

 

Other Terms:

  • There will be no refunds/credits given if players are unable to attend the sessions including reasons of illness/injury.
  • Please advise us in writing of any medical conditions / medication you or your child (the participant) has that you feel we should be aware of.
  • From time-to-time Oxford Sports LTC takes photographs of events to celebrate good news which may be published online or in the local press. If you would prefer you or your child NOT to be photographed, please inform us in writing.
  • All players are encouraged to participate in regular competitions at the club.
  • New players can join squads half-way through a term if places allow & prices will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Fees are payable termly in full before the player participates, and are non-refundable.

 

BC TENNIS LTD (Company Number = 15087809 - registered in England & Wales) provides all activities delivered within the Oxford Sports Tennis Academy. The club itself uses this company for all of its tennis coaching provisions
