Booking A Court On Behalf Of Junior Members
Members under the age of 18 will require all court bookings to be made on their behalf by their registered parent or guardian. Parent/Guardians can make bookings on behalf of their children using the child's membership. Parents/guardians may play/knock up with their child for free. Children may bring a friend who is not a member for a cost of £1 per player. Please contact the Club Treasurer for details of how to pay.
Step 1:
The parent/guardian will first need to 'sign in' to ClubSpark as themselves.
Step 2:
Once they have done this, they will need to click on their name in the top right corner and select the junior that they are booking on behalf of.
Step 3:
Once the parent/guardian has selected the junior's profile, they will be taken to the following screen:
Here they will be able to click on 'Book A Court', where they will be taken to the court booking sheet (screen image below).
Step 4: The parent/guardian will now need to select the court and time/date that they wish to make a court booking on. Once they have chosen, then will click on the slot and the following overlay will appear:
Step 5:
They will then need to click on the 'Continue Booking' button located at the bottom right of the overlay.
Please Note: If this is a first time booking, they will be asked to accept the venue's terms and conditions along with opting into any consents.
Step 6:
They will then be taken to following confirmation screen; this will also show a breakdown of costs included if the venue charges for court bookings or guest fees. The parent/guardian will be able to make any payments if required and confirm the booking.
Step 7 (optional):
Once the booking has been completed, the parent/guardian will be able to make another court booking by clicking on the 'Book Another Court' button or to view all the junior's court booking by clicking on the 'View My Bookings' button.
