Welcome to Social Tennis at Prenton Lawn Tennis Club! 

Hosted every Wednesday evening and Sunday afternoon all year round, you can enjoy social tennis with us.

Due to its immense popularity, during the Winter season we run 2 sessions on a Wednesday. The first session runs from 5.45pm to 7.15pm and the second session from 7.15pm to 8.45pm. In the Summer months and longer hours of daylight we run one session from 6.15pm to 7.45pm. 

On Sunday's Social runs from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

Our Committee run these social tennis sessions to encourage members of all standards to play some friendly yet competitive tennis. It is a great way to meet new members and test your skills. Often followed by a drink and a catch up.  

Players are randomly partnered up to play doubles matches for around fifteen minutes at a time. At the end of the evening  the winning man and lady get  a free drink from the bar.
