Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
This is our Monday evening adult cardio session. Coaches will lead a range of games, drills, exercises and activities along to music that are designed to keep you moving and develop your fitness. The session is split between high intensity and low intensity. If you are unsure if this class is appropriate for you, please check with a member of the coaching team before booking.
