Coaching
The academy is a tennis coaching provider running out of Rustlings Tennis Club delivering high quialty coaching for all ages and abilities.
The coaching programme rangers from ages 4 all the way through to adult coaching. We offer Youth Red - 4-8yrs, Youth Orange - 8-10yrs, Youth Green - 10-11yrs, Youth Yellow - 11-16. Along with adult coaching we also offer a cardio tennis session which is more of a drills sessions where you will hit a lot of balls and get your heart rate up.
