Minutes
The minutes of the 136th Annual General Meeting were approved and signed by Patrick bywater
Report of the Management Committee
It was proposed by Martin Winham, Seconded by Patrick Bywater and resolved that the report of the management committee for the year 2022 be adopted
Financial Report
The treasurers report was presented and proposed by Jonathan Waters and seconded by Martin Winham and resolved that the financial report for 2022 was accepted and adopted
Election of External Examiner
It was propsoed by Patrick Bywater that Ayesgarth Chartered Accountants be appointed as the external examinier and commissioned to complete the 2021 and 2022 finacial accounts and tax returns. This was seconded by martin Winham and resolved

It was noted that David Holdsworth (not present) was stepping down from the committee but would continue his role as a trustee.
It was also noted that Mike Thomas (not present) had expressed a willingness to support the committee and it was agreed that he would be invited along to the next committee meeting.

Other Business
It was resolved that the committee would circulate to members the current project list for them to comment on but this would be managed by the committee subsequent to the proposals being received.
It was resolved that only Sandal Members could represent Sandal teams and if there were teams wanting to use non Sandal members then they should not represent themselves as being Sandal Teams.
Presentation
A presentation was made to Howard Copley on behalf of the club to thank him for his service to the club over the years
