Our adult courses are split in to four categories;
Beginners: Courses will teach the fundamental skills you'll need to become a great player including technique, movement and coordination.
Improvers: For those with a little on court experience that want to improve their core skills both technically and tactically.
Intermediates: Aimed at those with the ability to participate in either a singles or doubles match. Sessions are designed to challenge, whilst create an effective learning environment.
Cardio Tennis: Suitable for all levels and abilities. Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist.
Currently we have the following adult groups running;
Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm Adult Drills at Maidenbower Park (Beginner, Improver, and Intermediates)
Saturday 10-11am Adult Drills at Maidenbower Park (Beginner, Improver, and Intermediates)
If you can't make the times or days, please contact Luke to suggest another time/day/venue. We have a growing programme so we will look to accomodate as many requests as possible.
