2024 Club Championships - Draw to be made in late April 24
Following the success of a hybrid “Round Robin” and "Knockout" style tournament for the Ladies & Men’s singles and Ladies, Men's and and Mixed Doubles championships, this format will be used again in 2024. Finals day will be early September 2024. Please let Sheelagh H or Tony know which tournament you wish to participate in.

Finals for all these competitions will be scheduled to take place in September and will be staggered to avoid anyone having to play more than two finals on one day, as well as to maximise the competitive tennis available to everyone in the club.
We hope to see as many members as possible joining in. The more the merrier.

2024 American Doubles Tournaments
The Committee have been arranging things well in advance for next season, so please put the following dates in your diaries right away for our very popular Sunday "American Doubles" events:
- Barker Cup/Early Bird - 7th April 2024 starting at 12.30pm
- Win Miles Trophy - 9th June 2024 starting at 12.30pm
- Alan White Trophy - 18th August 2024 starting at 12.30pm
Please note the start times, aimed at accommodating the anticipated large number of players for these popular contests, which are open to all members aged 14 and above, or younger if recommended by the coaching team.
2024 Junior Events
It is planned to run two age group related invitational tournaments this summer. The planned dates are 17th March and 21st April for the Play Your Way to Wimbledon.
2024 Adult Open
After our successful, but relatively small Mixed Doubles tournament in 2023, with players from threee surrounding clubs joining our top players we have decided to expand the event to have Men's, Ladies and Mixed Doubles competitions played across three days. Dates are 9th (evening), 10th, and 11th August, so book those holidays so that you are available for this expanded event NOW!!
