The Club annual general meeting (AGM) will take place at 19.00 on Thursday 16 May 2024 to transact the following business under rule 12 of the club rules as set out below.
- to receive and consider the accounts of the Club for the previous year, the auditor’s report of the accounts and the treasurer’s report as to the financial position of the Club.
- to elect or remove the auditor or to confirm that they remain in office.
- to elect the members of the management committee.
- to decide on any resolution (resolutions to be discussed at the meeting must be submitted to the committee at least five days before the meeting).
- to deal with any special matters which the management committee desires to bring before the membership.
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The Club relies on volunteers and in particular we are looking for someone to stand for election to fill the role of Secretary on the Management Committee.
