Stow Park Lawn Tennis Club strives to ensure the club is safe, secure and a welcoming environment for all. It is the role of the Welfare & Safeguarding Officer to ensure this is maintained.

I am the Welfare and Safeguarding Officer for Stow Park Lawn Tennis Club – this is a voluntary position, but I have completed the relevant Safeguarding training in line with LTA guidelines. 

Please contact me if you have any safeguarding or welfare concerns at the tennis club – please remember that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Members who wish to raise a matter of concern may do so knowing that I will deal with the concern in a sensitive, confidential and discrete manner.

In line with LTA recommendations, Stow Park LTC requires children under the age of 13 to be supervised by their parent/carer when at the venue and not participating in a session where there are DBS checked coaches/supervisors in place e.g. coaching lessons or tennis camps.

Stow Park LTC does not take responsibility for transporting under 18s to matches, including where mutual arrangements are made between members.
