Swanage Tennis Club

We are a small and friendly tennis club who enjoy playing at the idyllic Beach Gardens, just a stone's throw from the famous sandy beach in Swanage, Dorset. We play on six all weather courts amongst the trees and alongside the well kept putting course. Three of our courts are floodlit.

An inclusive club, we welcome all standards of players from juniors and adult beginners right through to more experienced team players. A wide range of social and competitive tennis, coaching and social events can be enjoyed at the club.

We play all year round with club sessions running most days of the week. We enter a variety of teams in the East Dorset LTA League and are always looking for new members.

You really are most welcome to come along and try a club session or to contact our LTA Level 4 coach, Ryan Trickey who can provide coaching sessions for any ability.

CLUB MISSION STATEMENT

Our club strives to offer the people of Swanage and beyond the opportunity to play tennis, to develop their game, to enjoy the sport and the company of other members.

We aim to be as inclusive and welcoming as possible, to create positive social experiences as well as opportunities for competition.

All ages and abilities should be given the opportunity to enjoy tennis here.

The role of the committee is to help and steer the club to achieve these aims.
