PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING POLICY

The below is the policy for Caunton Tennis Club and the associated coaching organisations including Caunton Tennis Academy, Caunton Outreach Clubs, Caunton Tennis Camps and Caunton Aces Performance Tennis.

This policy is for the use of photographic, video or other images taken at the following; group coaching, individual coaching, competitions, social events and holiday camps.

Photography and filming will only be carried out by an LTA Coach or member of staff of Caunton Tennis Club. 

Where the player is under 18 years old, the images are captured by the parent or legal guardian of the player or with the express permission of the parent or legal guardian of the relevant player(s); and

Images captured by a parent/legal guardian or close family member for personal use are acceptable;

 We will use photographs or video footage for the following;

• Noticeboards
• Local media including newspaper
• Our social media channels
• Our websites
• Our leaflets and flyers and posters
• Other promotional methods
