tennis 4 barnes  creates a safe and fun environment for all our junior players.

To this end we believe all children and young people have the right to be taught in a safe, secure, respectful enviroment.

We have procedures in place to help and at risk children or one who appears to be a victim of abuse. In such instances we will offer support if a child tell us they that have been subject to such behavour.

We carry out background, reference and other due diligence checks to ensure that all our Coaches and volunteers are approved as per the LTA’s Criminal Record Bureau disclosure process.

We train all our people and inform them of LTA code of conduct for people working with children in tennis and it's made a condition of their contract that they are obliged to follow it.
