Looking for something ACTIVE & FUN?

Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving. Now on Wednesdays 10-11am AND Fridays 11-12pm.

Introduction

Tennis to Love is a Coaching company run by Head Coach, Laura James.

 

Laura is a professionally qualified and Accredited + LTA Tennis Coach.

I started playing tennis at the age of 2, with my Grandma throwing tennis balls to me in the garden. I went on to play to a county standard where I grew up playing in Bristol.​

​Upon moving to Devon I began assisting my tennis coach and loved it. I enjoyed working hard to gain my qualifications and in 2013 was chosen as one of the top 65 coaches in the UK and was invited to attend an incredible further training course through the LTA. In 2017 I was then asked to be the Ambassador for women and girls tennis in Devon, forming a team of 23 Ambassadors nationwide to work alongside Judy Murray to inspire more women and girls to teach and play tennis.​ One of my proudest acheivements and a programme I am so happy to be part of.
