Our sessions for players aged 10–17 build on fundamental movement and technical skills while developing more advanced tennis techniques in a positive, challenging, and supportive environment. Using age-appropriate equipment and full or modified courts, players improve agility, coordination, and athleticism alongside stronger racket skills, rally consistency, tactical awareness, and match play understanding. Sessions are carefully structured to develop confidence, focus, resilience, and teamwork, while encouraging problem-solving, decision-making, and a love for the game. 

This coaching block includes 12 one hour sessions, once a week on a Friday, at 6pm.

Please note - there is NO SESSION on Friday 29th May.
