Our relaxing and newly refurbished function room comfortably holds up to 100 people & is perfect for special occasions such as anniversaries, christenings or birthdays. Please note we require a minimum of 60 guests for any function - due to this, unfortunately we cannot accept baby showers or gender reveals.

Room hire cost:

• £85 for a 4-hour function 
• £100 for a late bar, last orders are called at 11.40pm
• For any shorter functions, please contact us for a bespoke price

You can have access to the room for 1 hour prior to your booking time.

Please note all functions require a refundable £100 damage deposit which must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the function. Your deposit will be refunded after the function subject to no damage. Please contact Craig after your function with your bank details to arrange your refund.

You have the option to cater yourself or we can recommend a local reputable company, prices are very competitive.

DJ – we can arrange a DJ for you, or you can book separately. Please contact Craig on craig@tennisworldmiddlesbrough.co.uk for prices. If using our DJ payment in full is due at the beginning of the function, directly to the DJ.
