Adult Coaching
We Divide our adult classes into 3 different levels:
Level 1 classes are designed for those who have never played, have just started playing, haven't picked up a racket for years or are still working on the basics of their game. Cannot yet rally and want to learn the basics! - We usually reccomend Level 1 players to get in touch at Info@Teqnic.co.uk, we can find you a prviate or a small group to get the basics before putting you into a more advanced class.
Level 2 courses are for someone who’s able to hold a rally and can serve.
Level 3 courses are for players who have played and competed and are able to rally and serve with power and consistency.
