Backhands can be a tricky shot at times for both our juniors and adults. It can be hard to position your racket correctly and set your body right. When these go wrong players tend to struggle with the timing of their shot and roll their body. This wasn’t the case for our private lesson players last Monday.
Click the link to our Instagram to watch these great backhands from our players. A big well done to Melis, Ezra and Zain! As you can see, they have got their racket and shoulders back in the correctly position and they are swinging through the ball and finishing the racket high over their shoulder. Keep it up guys!

For our Saturday lesson we focused on accuracy and rallying. A big well done to Sacha Grayer who got a 10 shot rally! In our orange and green lesson we were continuing rallying but adding in a lot more practice with our serve.
Well done to our players in all our lessons last week, keep it up guys – Spring is upon us soon and we will work hard to get our juniors playing competitively against other clubs.
