What a day of tennis — and rain 🌧️

Despite the challenging weather, players gave it their all in an action-packed Championship Finals Day yesterday at Town Walls Tennis Club!

💪 Men’s Singles

A gripping match between Dylan and Ralph, including one game with nine deuces! Incredible perseverance from both — congratulations to Dylan Edwards on a hard-fought win 👏👏

🎾 Ladies’ Singles

Ellie and Jasmine played through on-and-off showers until Ellie sadly had to retire in the second set due to a back injury. We wish her a speedy recovery 💛 This also means the Ladies’ Doubles Final (featuring Ellie) will be rescheduled.

👟 Men’s Doubles

George & Matt faced Ralph & David in a fantastic first set that ended 7–5 to George & Matt. The second set was halted at 5–6 due to rain — this one’s not over yet! We’ll keep you posted on the rescheduled finish ⏳
