Emergency contact numbers and Medical details must be kept up to date on the players' Clubspark Account.  Payment will be required prior to the start of the block/camp.  The cost of classes takes into consideration the possibility of bad weather. When possible, and if safe to do so, coaching will continue in the rain.  For Juniors a wet-weather programme of indoor games and quizzes may be delivered in the clubhouse.  A refund or credit will only be given where 50% of the block/ camp has been lost due to bad weather and total non-play. The refund or credit will be done on a pro-rata basis. Players will only be allowed to play outside their age groups on approval from the coach.
