Emergency contact numbers and Medical details must be kept up to date on the players' Clubspark Account.  Payment will be required prior to the start of the block/camp. Coaching blocks offer a discounted rate compared to individual sessions.  If you are unable to make 50% or more of the coaching block you can pay upfront for the remaining sessions at a higher hourly rate.  The cost of classes takes into consideration the possibility of bad weather. When possible, and if safe to do so, coaching will continue in the rain.  For Juniors a wet-weather programme of indoor games and quizzes may be delivered in the clubhouse.  A refund or credit will only be given where 50% of the block/ camp has been lost due to bad weather and total non-play. The refund or credit will be done on a pro-rata basis. Players will only be allowed to play outside their age groups on approval from the coach.
