Non-members can book and play on Court No1 via Pay & Play by Wadhurst Parish Council.

Court hire is £4 for 30 mins. Floodlight tokens are £3 for 30 mins and should be reflected in the total fee displayed. Court No1 can be booked up to two weeks in advance and for two hours maximum per booking.

PROCESS:

STEP 1 - BOOK & PAY 
Access the Booking tab, check court availability, make your booking & pay online. (You need an LTA Advantage account - there is a free option.)

STEP 2 - COLLECT TEMPORARY ACCESS FOB  
Head to Uplands Sports Centre, Wadhurst, on the day of your booking to collect the access fob (and lighting tokens where applicable). Check their opening times on their website www.uplandsportscentre.co.uk or call 01892 782 136. NB: You must show proof of your booking at Uplands.

STEP 3 - ENTER THE COURTS & PLAY
Use the access fob on the gate panel to enter the courts at Sparrows Green Recreation Ground - Court No1 is the left-hand court as you enter. (Insert lighting tokens, if applicable, into the right hand slot of the meter cupboard on the outside wall the Clubroom.)

STEP 4 - LEAVE TEMPORARY ACCESS FOB AT COURTS
After play, drop the access fob into the silver box BEFORE exiting the courts. Use twist button on left of court gate to exit.

Notes:

Please be respectful of other players, especially on Court No2,  when entering / exiting the courts and during play.

The main car park is locked at dusk by the Parish Council, regardless of whether tennis is ongoing. 

Uplands cannot book courts for you or help with court bookings. In the event of wet weather, please email Wadhurst Tennis Club and we'll get back to you asap to discuss a possible rebooking or refund.
