Notes from the coach
Sign up to enter the ballot for our next LTR course. Courses are restricted to groups of 8 and are run over a series of 8 sessions. During these sessions you will learn the basics of a learning stroke, get introduced to indoor rowing, crew rowing and various boat types. You need to be able to attend all 8 sessions. If successful, you will be contacted with further instructions on payment and joining the course.
