Membership: There are five levels of membership, subscriptions 2026/2027 season are as follows:

Individual membership: £60 per annum

Family membership: £120 per annum. Family membership is for up to 4 members of the same family, one adult and three children or two adults and up to two children.  Additional children are charged at the junior rate.

Junior £20 Children aged 16 years or younger

Student: £25 per annum. For members 17 years old and in higher, further or full time education.

Country Membership: £25  per annum. For those not resident in the local area (outside a 30 mile radius) and who play only occasionally.

WTMTC uses Clubspark which is the LTA's online Club membership and Court booking system. (Unfortunately at the current time courts cannot be booked through Clubspark by members or the public but availaility of courts can be seen. Courts for League matches and coaching sessions can be booked by the appropriate persons).

 The Club encourages you to join Clubspark and the LTA.  Membership of the LTA  brings the possibility of obtaining tickets to Wimbledon and other LTA events. 

To apply for membership please complete the following steps:

1. Join the LTA/Clubspark here by clicking on the LTA button Join LTA Your Cllubspark and LTA accounts should then be amalgamated and you should then be able to sign in to just the LTA 

2. Use the join buttons in the appropriate membership package. Sign in to LTA and follow the instructions to join on line! 

Renew existing Membership If you are an existing member with a LTA/Cubspark account, also use the join buttons below as appropriate, and sign in,   

Once you have joined or rejoined then you will need to pay. BACS is our preferred payment option.  Please pay account name West Tanfield Memorial Tennis Club by BACS: Sort Code 20-61-46; Account No. 00110914. Please add your name as a reference.

Membership Form. In the event of any difficulty with the above please download and complete the Membership Form 2026/27 and email it to our Treasurer/Membership secretary David Burton at davidpburton1960@gmail.com

Membership application forms can also be found in the Clubhouse and at the Post Office in the village. Once completed, forms obtained from either of these places can be returned to either, from which they will be collected and processed.
