HOLIDAY CAMPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WH Tennis Terms and Conditions aim to present a fair sustainable structure to all. We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our holiday camps and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a WH Tennis holiday camp is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by WH Tennis, or its coaches.
Holiday Camp Bookings
- Booking for holiday camps is made online in advance at https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/WHTennis/Coaching/Camps
- Payment is through our online booking system.
- All bookings are made via ClubSpark. Payment is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- On booking a holiday camp, players will receive a booking confirmation listing the classes/sessions which have been booked.
- If payment is made through any other way than card payment using the online booking system, your place will only be confirmed on full payment.
- Holiday camps must be booked in the name of the player and are non-transferable to anyone else.
- If a player misses a holiday camp session we are unable to offer a refund, credit or make-up session.
- Junior players must have on their ClubSpark profile an emergency contact number which is relevant to the time of the holiday camp, so that a parent or guardian may be contacted in the event of an emergency.
- Players bringing any medical equipment to their holiday camp session must indicate to the coach at the outset of the holiday camp the location of the medical equipment so it can be located quickly and easily in the event of an emergency.
- WH Tennis reserves the right to refuse entry onto a holiday camp session if any participant is found not to be of the appropriate age for the group.
- While every effort will be made to provide the coach advertised for a specific session, we reserve the right to change that coach and offer a suitable alternative coach for the session.
- The person(s) in charge of any group coaching course will always be LTA accredited, DBS checked and insured.
Cancellation Policy
- This clause applies to those Bookings where a charge is payable.
- We understand that there may be many valid reasons for you to cancel or request to change the date and time of your holiday camp session. However, the nature of our holiday camps means there are limited spaces, and we rely on customers keeping to their arranged sessions where possible.
- We cannot offer any exchanges or refunds if your holiday camp is going ahead on the dates and times originally planned and specified in the holiday camp booking.
- In the event you cannot attend a refund will not be possible. You may offer your place to a friend as a gift provided you inform, in advance, your lead coach.
- Regrettably we cannot offer discounts, refunds, credits or make-up sessions to cover personal circumstances including and not limited to injury, booked holidays, illness, double-booking and work commitments due to the need to ensure continuity of service. You may offer your place to a friend who is also of an appropriate age/standard if you know you are unable to attend. You would need to inform, in advance, your lead coach in this instance.
- Our weather policy is set out on our ClubSpark website. These form part of our terms and conditions.
- In the event you cannot attend a refund will not be possible due to the fact that administrative costs have been incurred, staff have been paid a retention fee and the health and safety checks have been put in place based on the numbers for each day.
