Notes from the coach
Blue - This fun introduction to tennis helps children build strong foundations in balance, agility, and coordination. Using soft balls, smaller rackets, and a modified court, kids will enjoy active games while learning the basics of the sport.
Red - At this stage, children build confidence through improved coordination, basic tennis shots, and movement around the court. They'll also learn the rules, how to rally, and how to score.
