Our Cancellation Policy

Our coaches are all self-employed, therefore all rates of pay and terms need to be confirmed directly with the coach. However, for private groups and for private lessons with Zoe, the following cancellation policy applies:

• If you cancel your lesson with more than 48hours notice, you will not be charged
• If you cancel your lesson with between 24-48hrs notice, you will be charged 50% of the lesson cost
• If you cancel your lesson with less than 24hrs notice, you will be charged 100% of the lesson cost
