If you are an ADULT member looking for the opportunity to play singles or doubles against other ADULT members, but you don’t know who to contact or how to arrange matches you should ask to join the Anyone for Tennis Whats App Group. Please text or message  Jamie on 07841 123077 and he’ll add you to the group.

Then to arrange matches follow these simple steps.

STEP ONE: Post a message something like:

It’s Fred here looking to play singles on Saturday morning, if anyone is interested please text or message me directly on 012345678

Optional, you could add: I play at beginner / intermediate / advanced level

Members of this group should not post messages of interest on the WhatsApp group as too many messages will drive members away from the group, which will defeat its purpose.

STEP TWO: When Fred has arranged his match he should post a message on the WhatsApp group saying something like:

It’s Fred here, I’m SORTED and playing Navtej on Saturday morning at 10am.

STEP THREE (Optional)

Feel free to post the result – this will give other members the opportunity to assess other members’ ability to ensure more even matches in the future.

And don’t forget always check court availability and book court time on the club website.

Please don’t use the Anyone For Tennis WhatsApp group for any other chit chat, general socialising, holiday photos, political propaganda, jokes, etc..
