TERM TENNIS SESSION WEATHER POLICY - Please ensure that your child is appropriately dressed for all weather conditions throughout the year. All coaching will take place unless WE DECIDE to cancel the session due to adverse/extreme weather conditions. Please assume tennis is always going ahead unless we contact you to cancel.
Players MUST be booked onto the sessions in advanced through our booking systems, so we have the correct details for the coaches registers. Players can join the groups at any time subject to space, NO booking = NO tennis.
PRIVATE LESSON CANCELATION POLICY - We require our clients to cancel their private session 24 hours before it is due to start. Clients failing to do so will still be charged full amount (subject to bad weather conditions)

Everyone who is involved in tennis has a shared responsibility to support this by promoting the welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk.
Our team of coaches are LTA accredited, DBS checked and trained in safeguarding and wellbeing.
Our LTA registered tennis club complies with strict safeguarding and wellbeing requirements.
Our wellfare officer plays a key role in safeguarding in our venue.
