Advantage Tennis encourages equality, diversity and inclusion. We seek to create a
coaching environment that is free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful
discrimination. A place where all those involved are treated fairly and with dignity and
respect.
Advantage Tennis is committed to the LTA’s Child Protection and Health & Safety
policies and code of conduct. Adherence to the LTA’s policies and best practice
includes ensuring all coaches and volunteers working with children are subject to the
legally required background checks and vetting. We also adhere to the LTA’s policies
and guidance regarding duty of care, open communication, appropriate behaviour,
and parental involvement.
