The weather was ultimately kind to us and despite heavy downpours of rain on Saturday morning the first American tournament of the season kicked off promptly at 2pm.  The winners were Helen Wilton and Paul Moore.  The runners up were Dee Miller and Steve Dickinson.  All players enjoyed an afternoon of friendly, competitive tennis.

Thanks go to Barbara & Rod Macaulay for organising the event and to Paul Moore for excellent scones and flapjack.  Looking forward to seeing you all at the next tournament!.
