WhatsApp group rules!

Whilst WhatsApp groups are a great means of contact, they can be extremely irritating if they are emitting 30 pings a minute, so a few dos and don’ts!!

Firstly, please note that it is possible to mute a specific WhatsApp group so you can refer to it when you wish without getting multiple pings!

There will be 1 or 2 administrators and organisers for each group. The session organiser will send an invitation out to participate in a group 7 days in advance:

1.       Only reply if you wish to attend (no – sorry, I can’t make Tuesday…..)

2.       No feedback after the session (really enjoyed it. Never known it so windy… What a fab day)

3.       The group organiser will confirm attendees and may rotate participation if the same group of players get in quickly and others miss out regularly.

4.       If you must drop out, the group should be used by you to find a replacement or direct message someone you know has missed out and confirm the replacement directly to the organiser.

Please note – if technical limitations mean that it is not possible for you to belong to a WhatsApp group, let us know and we will try and accommodate you.
