Last weekend, a team from Alveley Tennis Club won the annual Alveley Village Quiz for the second year running. The quiz, held every April, sees numerous teams from the various clubs and societies in the village compete for top honours.

The tennis club was represented by current members Jan Higgins, Colin Wells, and Julian Spicer, with former longstanding member Neil Sollom adding his brain to create a winning formula. 

Well done to these brainboxes, and let's hope we can get the threepeat next year!
