Safeguarding

All the important Safeguarding, Wellbeing, and Diversity documents can be found on the "Important Information" noticeboard in our clubhouse. These include our Complaints Policy and our own personal Alveley Tennis Club Code of Conduct.

Alveley Tennis Club's Welfare Officer is Tracey Parsons and can be contacted on 07767 324181 or via email traceysparsons@aol.com to report or discuss any safeguarding concerns.

We also fall in line with the LTA's online policies as detailed below:

Alveley Tennis Club's Safeguarding and Diversity and Inclusion Policies strive to minimise risk, deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone and respond appropriately to all safeguarding concerns/disclosures. A copy of the British Tennis Diversity and Inclusion Policy including Code of Conduct and Reporting Procedure is on the Noticeboard in the Clubhouse.  This can  also be accessed online at British Tennis Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

How to report a safeguarding concern within the Tennis Environment is included in Alveley Tennis Club's Safeguarding Policy. A copy of this is on the Noticeboard in the Clubhouse. This can be accessed online via the Policy option above.

'Reporting a Concern' form can also be found on the Noticeboard in the Clubhouse or can be accessed via safeandinclusive@lta.org.uk

The LTA has minimum standards that each Tennis Venue must satisfy in safeguarding. These can be viewed via this link: www.lta.org.uk/venuestandards
