Cancellation & Refund Policy - Updated 15/02/2021

 

Weather:

  • Should the class coach deem the weather unsafe for sessions to go ahead, they will cancel the session and refund your booking.  If you do not hear from the coach via WhatsApp, text, e-mail or on social media, your childs class will be going ahead as planned.  The minimum notice that a coach can give for any cancellation should be 15 minutes prior to the start of class (If this minimum notice is not met, you will be entitled to a refund).
  • If your child will not be attending a session that has not been cancelled by the coach, please inform the class coach prior to the start of the session so that you can recieve a refund.  Refunds will not be processed if you contact the coach after the advertised session start time (As most classes are held back to back, the coach may not be able to read your message when you send it, but they will see when the message was sent at the end of their working day and refund if appropriate).

Light Rain Session to go ahead
Heavy Rain Descision taken on day (high chance of cancellation)
Light Wind (Up to 20mph) Session to go ahead
Moderate Wind (20-30mph) Descision to be taken on the day (chance of cancellation)
Heavy Wind (30-40mph) Descision to be taken on the day (high chance of cancellation)
Snowing/ Sleet showers  Session cancelled
Snow/ Ice on ground Coach to put salt down/ clear court or make descision on day to cancel the session

 

Non-attendance:

  • Refunds will not be processed if a child does not show up to class or chooses not to attend future prepaid lessons.

End of "rolling over" sessions (09/02/2021):

  • From now on I will not be rolling over sessions.  Instead full refunds will be processed when appropriate.
