Members Information
Please remember that e-mail is a cheap and efficient way for the Management Committee to keep you up-to-date with club news and events so don't forget to include your e-mail address on your membership renewal form. An e-mail address is essential if you wish to use the on-line booking system from home.
If you change your e-mail address, please take a moment to go through to Edit Profile in the on-line booking area to change your contact details.
Premises
Please help to look after the club facilities. If you are the last to leave, please ensure that all the lights are turned off, and the clubhouse doors locked.
Clubhouse Key
All Adult and Intermediate members are entitled to a key to the clubhouse. If you wish to have a key, please speak to Andrew.
Defibrillator(Cardiac Science PowerHeart Plus Fully Automatic)
There is a defibrillator situated on the wall near the entrance to the Clubhouse. The unit, which is recommended by St John’s Ambulance, is easy to use:
Clear voice prompts guide the user through the entire process
When the ‘rescuer’ applies the pads, it analyses the heart rhythm and “knows” when to deliver (or not to deliver) the shock which it does automatically

Visitor policy
We are very proud of our club, and visitors are always welcome. Please see the following notes for guidance regarding visitor attendance.
Members are welcome to invite a guest to the club a maximum of six times a year. Before going on court, please enter their details in the Visitors' Book and sign the book yourself. The fee for a visitor is £6.00 for an adult and £3.50 for a junior.

New members will be invited to sign up to LTA Advantage unless they choose to opt out.

You will only be eligible to represent the club if you have a BTM number. If you already have BTM, please remember to link your membership to AOSLTC.
Ball Machine
For the safety and consideration of others please observe the following:
Machine to be used only on Court 1
Junior members 16&U to be supervised by an adult member present on Court 1
Machine can be used Monday - Saturday between 9.00 am - 8 pm and Sunday 12 - 6 pm. Booking times apply
Do not use when the court or the balls are wet
Court Etiquette
Tennis shoes with non-marking soles must be worn on all courts.
Show respect and courtesy to other players at all times.
Suitable tennis attire should be worn by all members.
Please do not open the gate to courts 4/5 to access courts 6/7 when play is in progress on court 5.
Do not walk onto another court or retrieve your ball from the other court during a game.
Don't forget to use the recycling bins for your rubbish. If you have old tennis balls that you don’t want anymore, please put them in the recycling box in the clubhouse.
