Under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) Annan Seaforth Tennis Club has a responsibility to inform you about the data it collects, the reasons or purposes for collecting it, the way it will be used and who it will be shared with.
When you submit information it will only be used to manage and respond to the requests or enquiries you submit. By providing your information you indicate that you consent to the club using your data for these purposes.
Whilst you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide the service will ensure that it is: -
- stored securely and destroyed when it is no longer required
- only shared with third parties relevant to your request
- accurate, relevant and fit for the purpose
You have the right to ask the club to stop using your data at any time. Please be aware that if you withdraw your consent we will no longer be able to provide any services you have requested.
