Criteria

In order for players to be invited, they must demonstrate the desire and ability to consistently meet both the behaviour and performance standards that will contribute positively to a focused, high energy, competitive and purposeful training environment.

As this is a team environment where everyone is striving to be their best, high standards will be expected at all times in order to maximise development. I appreciate working with players and parents that respect, trust and value my way of coaching and support one another to uphold these standards.

Commit to run down every ball
Develop tactical, technical, physical and psychological performance
Perform consistently during training to a competitive standard
Apply process goals during training and competition for long-term development

Support their child to uphold the behaviour and performance standards
Trust the process and respect all decisions and Consequences

Assessment Process

The selection process for acceptance onto the performance camps will be reviewed on a termly basis. The decision-making process will be made by Cameron Malik and the Tennis Manager of Warwick Boat Club. Players will be prioritised based on their behaviour, performance, commitment and aspirations. Not all criteria weigh the same when making decisions and considerations relating to limiting factors will be taken into account. Players and parents must respect all decisions made and for the avoidance of doubt, there will be no appeals process.
