If a player withdraws from group coaching, the following terms will apply

• Cancellation during a term: One half-term’s notice is required. So for a 10-week term, if notice is given in week 1 then coaching fees will be refunded for weeks 7 to 10. If notice is given in week 2, then coaching fees will be refunded for weeks 8 to 10. Etc.
• Cancellation due to injury: A refund of coaching fees for unused coaching sessions will be considered depending upon the player’s circumstances.
• Cancellation after term has ended: Should you decide not to return for the next term then please advise the Coaching Administrator at your earliest convenience.
